Development Services

National Development has developed a diverse real estate product line during its 30 year history. National has a staff of seasoned professionals and handles a variety of activities for its developments and third-party clients, including:

• site selection
• zoning and entitlement
• site planning, product design analysis, and budget coordination
• structuring financing for various products
• coordination of construction activities from project initiation to project completion
• turnover of the development to the end user and/or the property management firm

General Contracting

National Development has utilized the services of National Development Builders, Inc. for the past eight years to provide general contracting services for its projects and those of third-party clients. ND Builders is managed by its principal, Michael Jacob, and his construction staff. ND Builders has coordinated and overseen the construction of a variety of projects in several states, including Pennsylvania, New York, Louisiana; as well as, Florida. ND Builders has a track record of providing detailed work and the timely completion of “on budget” projects.

Commercial Brokerage

NDC Realty of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a commercial brokerage firm established in 1991 to handle a variety of real estate brokerage activities, including land acquisition, income-producing product transactions, leasing activities, and associated brokerage functions. Rick Miller has been a licensed Florida real estate broker for over 30 years and has been involved in real estate transactions throughout Florida.

Residential Sales

NDC Realty and its staff have been involved in acquisition and sale of residential real estate during the past several years. NDC Realty’s involvement in this activity is primarily for investment purposes and to maximize its knowledge of the local residential market to create opportunities presented by the sharp “down turn” in the recent residential real estate market. Rick Miller is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. and is active in residential sales activities.

Investment Services

National Development has established a variety of equity partners and investors who regularly participate in National Development projects or those of National’s third-party clients. National also seeks out real estate investment opportunities for its own portfolio and those of its clients and investors.

Property Management

National Development utilizes the services of NDC Real Estate Management, Inc., a national property management firm with over 40 years of experience in the field. NDC Real Estate Management manages over 10,000 apartment units throughout the Eastern United States and has a long and successful track record in the property management field. National Development utilizes NDC Real Estate Management for all of its multifamily projects.
